Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

1. Estimated Delivery Dates

For time-sensitive orders, please contact our Sales Team prior to purchase to confirm product availability and estimated delivery timelines. Our Sales Team can be reached at info@medcoredirect.com or (888) 323-1927, extension 1.

2. Tracking Information

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information for each item within your order. Tracking details, including proof of delivery, are provided to confirm successful delivery of your products.

  • Proof of Fulfillment: Once tracking confirms delivery to the shipping address provided, you agree that Medcore Direct has fulfilled its delivery obligation for the order.

  • Responsibility: Medcore Direct is not liable for products lost or stolen after tracking confirms delivery to the designated address.

3. International Orders

Medcore Direct currently ships to the United States and Canada only. Shipping rates displayed during checkout for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are estimates.

  • Final Shipping Charges: Our Order Fulfillment Team will calculate actual shipping costs, and for Canadian orders, brokerage and customs fees as well, and contact you for approval before finalizing your order.

  • Order Approval: You may approve the final charges and proceed, or cancel your order with no fees incurred.

4. Small Parcel Shipments

Small parcel packages ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

5. Freight Delivery

Medcore Direct ships most stationary tables, electric lift tables, and treatment chairs via freight or LTL (less than full truckload) delivery service due to the size and weight of these items, which are generally large and heavy.

  • Service Levels: We offer three levels of freight delivery service, each charged with a calculated rate per freight item at checkout. After receiving your order, we will calculate the actual shipping cost and issue any necessary refunds for cost discrepancies. Should actual costs exceed the estimate, we will contact you for approval.

  • Cost of Delivery: If you are ordering multiple freight items and would like to confirm shipping costs before purchase, please contact our Sales Team at (888) 323-1927, extension 1, or info@medcoredirect.com.

Freight Service Levels:

  • Table Curbside Service: Delivery to the front door of your building or residence within 5–7 business days, with lift gate service and a scheduled appointment.

  • Table Inside Delivery Service: Delivery just inside the front door of your building or residence, with lift gate service and a scheduled appointment.

  • Table White Glove Service: Delivery and setup in a room of your choice by a two-person team, including removal of all packaging materials. This service includes lift gate service and a scheduled appointment.

6. Freight Delivery Policy

By placing a freight order, you acknowledge and agree to Medcore Direct's Freight Delivery Policy.

  • Coordination: Due to the size and weight of freight shipments, your cooperation and availability are required for successful delivery. The freight carrier will contact you at least one business day in advance to schedule a delivery window, which may range from 2–3 hours or longer.

  • Responsibility: Medcore Direct cannot guarantee a specific delivery time or date. You, or someone on your behalf, must be available to receive the shipment at the scheduled time.

Additional Charges
If you make changes to your delivery service after shipment, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees, including but not limited to:

  • Change of delivery address (reconsignment)

  • Upgrade in delivery service

  • Terminal storage fees due to unavailability to accept delivery

  • Redelivery fees due to initial refusal to accept a shipment

7. Refusal of Freight Delivery

If you refuse to accept a freight shipment for reasons other than visible damage, the refusal will be treated as an elective return under our Returns Policy. Please place orders only if you intend to accept delivery.

8. White Glove Delivery Policy

All White Glove services are performed by third-party delivery agents. Upon delivery, please do not sign the proof of delivery (POD) until you are fully satisfied with the service provided.

  • Issues with Service: If you experience any issues that cannot be resolved with the delivery agent, please contact Medcore Direct at (888) 323-1927, extension 2 before signing the POD. If you sign without contacting us, we may not be able to provide further assistance.

  • Room of Choice Delivery: Please note that final delivery to your room of choice may not always be guaranteed. If the delivery agent deems that access is restricted (e.g., narrow passageways or stairs not previously reported), the agent may be unable to complete the delivery as requested. The delivery agent’s assessment of accessibility is final.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: White Glove delivery fees are non-refundable. If you decline delivery due to restricted access or unanticipated obstacles, you assume responsibility for any additional fees, including storage, terminal, or transport fees associated with the refusal.

By placing an order for a freight item, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this Freight Delivery Policy.
