Modifications, Cancellations, and Returns: Orders placed with Medcore Direct LLC. cannot be amended or canceled without prior written consent from Medcore Direct LLC. Should an order require alterations to Medcore Direct LLC. standard specifications or be deemed a special order, subsequent changes or cancellations may incur fees. These fees encompass full material costs, labor services at cost plus Medcore Direct LLC. standard overhead rate, anticipated profit, and any losses incurred from materials purchased or contracted for the completion of the order.

Return Procedure: All returns must be pre-authorized by an authorized representative of Medcore Direct LLC. and completed within 10 days of receipt. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 45%. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items.

Restocking Fees: Returned items are subject to a restocking fee of at least 25%. Unauthorized returns will incur a higher restocking fee of 45%.

Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by all relevant paperwork, manuals, and accessories. Items not returned in their original condition and packaging will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
